He has given talks to veterans groups, Holocaust memorial services, Smithsonian tour groups, church gatherings and school assemblies and classrooms from grade school through college.

He has experience delivering presentations to large groups of government officials and business executives in such diverse locales as Moscow, Jakarta, Taipei and Bucharest from his corporate career.

Mr. Chicoine has spoken to many youth and adult groups in the inner-city on finding one’s vision for life and creating a manageable plan to attain that vision.
